Refund Policy

Payments are made 50% upon confirmation and 50% upon completion.

100% refund guarantee

If Gallbiz does not provide the required service as agreed in the approved System Requirement Analysis (SRA), the amount received for that service will be refunded 100%.

Scope changes

Requirements added after the SRA is approved are quoted separately and are not grounds for a refund of completed work.
